6. Canceling the transaction and returning the product
If the contract has entered into force, but the goods have not yet left the online store, a clear notification made by phone or e-mail is also sufficient to terminate the transaction. This option speeds up the return of the payment to the customer.
If the item has already left the online store or has reached its destination, you must make a cancellation notification for the product to be returned by filling out the return form (see here) . The online store will return the payment for the product no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice to the same account from which the payment was made. In accordance with the law, the online store reserves the right to withhold payment from the return until the goods returned to the online store have been received.
The right of return does not apply to goods that are manufactured or modified according to the customer's requirements or that are prepared personally, CDs/DVDs delivered sealed, the seal of which has been broken (e.g. games, movies, software) and operating systems installed on the computer.
