Refund policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their ordered products, so we offer a 30-day right of return on our products from the date of purchase.
Returns
You have the right to return your ordered products within 30 days, after which we will refund the product amount to the same account/card you used to pay for your order. The refund applies only to the price of the products - shipping costs are not refunded.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange for another product
You can exchange your ordered product for another product within 30 days from the date of purchase. The right of exchange applies only to prices that were valid at the time of the original order - products that have later gone on sale do not entitle you to a price reduction.
If the new order is lower in value, we will credit the difference. If the new order is higher in value, we will invoice the difference.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs of the original product. Shipping costs for the new product are charged separately.
Defective or damaged products
If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. We ask you to attach pictures of the defect or damage in your email message, so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Send us a message via email to info@tiberianchess.fi with the following information:
- Order number or your full name and address
- Products to be returned/exchanged
- Reason for return or exchange
- If the product is defective or damaged, attach clear pictures of the defect/damage
Once we have received your message, you will receive a confirmation message from us as well as instructions for exchange or return.
Condition of products
Returned products must be in unused condition and in original packaging. We do not accept returns of products that are clearly used or damaged (except if the product arrived defective).
